Why Inspect?

The purpose of a Whole House Inspection is two-fold.  First, to identify significant deficiencies within a structure.  Also, client education is the goal.  By accompanying the inspector, the client can become familiar with systems in the building, pick up some tips on maintenance issues and learn of potentially useful upgrades. 

Other Inspections?

Though DonVila Services only offers Whole House Inspections and radon testing, other specialist level inspections are often useful.  All houses in this area should have a woodpest evaluation.  For homes without city utilities, a septic system, water quality and well/pump performance evaluation are advisable.  DVS is happy to offer referral information to companies who perform these types of inspections.
